Boudewijn Naaijkens has a passion for creativity and technology. After 11 years of entrepreneurship in brand experience and brand strategies, he decided to focus on improving user experiences, in which he tries to optimally use the five senses. As a medior customer experience consultant and UX expert, Boudewijn helps clients improve (digital) customer experiences. He conducts (user) research, develops strategies and concepts, and ensures coordination with the client and stakeholders.
In his spare time, Boudewijn enjoys walking and running in nature, playing games with beautiful graphics, and making music. He is also a big fan of Disney and Pixar.
