Julia Versteden is CX consultant at GriDD & Witteveen+Bos. With her master’s degree in Human-Technology Interaction, she has a background in developing innovative technologies in which the end user is closely involved. Combined with a keen interest in understanding the end user and their struggles, and a passion for UX design, she strives to create appropriate solutions. She really enjoys integrating her findings into her designs to improve the user experience.
In her free time she enjoys photography or other creative crafts such as crocheting, painting or sewing. In addition, she always enjoys having a drink or doing an activity with some friends. When the weather is nice, she likes to play a game of padel or goes skating.
