Joost Hermans is a CX-consultant at GriDD. He is above all curious about the why behind people’s behaviour. Using his knowledge and experience in the field of sociology, (design) research and play to gain in-depth insight into the drivers and motivations of people. He uses these insights as input for effective customer experiences and new concepts.
In his spare time, Joost traverses the Brabant countryside on foot, by bicycle or mountain bike and, if possible, he travels to far countries. He also likes to play games and drink good beers with friends.
